Brassdorf
Cynic and Cerrule had taken a mission at the bakery to help eradicate a rat infestation. The rats turned out to be abnormally large, though fortunately they did not pose a problem for the two adventurers. In the back, they found a chest with a treasure inside, as well as three lesser healing potions. Aragir helped a bartender find his wife who went missing on one of her errands, but she turned out to have been murdered. Delbellis decided to find an alchemy shop to brew some potions.
Later, they had a guildmeeting with with some guests from the Scarlet Academy; Renza Summerset and Lorie Lightweather, in the same guildhall where the party had previously met the guildleader. Though they had originally come to inform the party about the strange arcana outbursts in the Avalon Mountains and Istros Borealis, they were incredibly surprised to find that the party possessed the Saffron Stone when it was presented to them, and they confiscated it immediately. Vaeri came to inform them about the strange activity around the catacombs beneath the Adventurer's Guild, and she requested that a party of four would be sent to investigate.
