Northern region of the Eastern Kingdoms continent. It's a mostly tundra area, sparsely populated by trees and very mountainous terrain.
History
The White Mountains that bisect the continent were the focus of the 100-Year War and was battleground where the forces of Yggdrasil stood their final ground.
Government
Although part of the overall joint governing body of Basalt Dominion by ways of economic deals, Oblimora operates largely independently as a monarchy. It is ruled by the monarch, the Verim family. Currently, the oldest of three siblings, Damir Verim rules with his wife and their daughter.
Population
The Dragonborn are home to this region, especially in the upper-most northern areas of the continent mostly around the capitol - Elkenveil. In the regions around it, it is mixed with humans with nomadic dwarven tribes travelling around.
