Notable Locations
Sea Spires
Visible throughout the city's skyline are the three towers that are built within the center of the city. The towers, dragonborn architecture, house massive bells within it that are used in various occassions such as festivities, notifications and calamity.
Books of Intrigue
A small library kept in pristine shape by archivist Darius Shkenza, former Scarlet Academy Vaultkeeper. The library is known to have in its collection the only surviving journal of the explorer scientist Elrune Leonelis. It was most notably visited by both Alduin Leonelis and Weylin who met eachother there.
Silverport
The harbor of the city connecting the Wavering Isles and Avalon to it and the rest of the Oblimora region.
Goodwill District
Various dens of the dragonborn built around the Sea Spires area in this residential zone.
