High-ranked officer of the Fold, Hachi Borosu appears to be an intelligent half-elf though his appearance is often disguised. Cassius Ashglade, a known Fold recon officer, is known to report to Hachi directly. His own agenda is never mentioned but it appears his outward work is for the safety of the Basalt Dominion as employed by the fold.
