On and around the westcoast of the Eastern Kingdoms the bandits, mercenaries and other criminals have over years banded together to exert control over the region.
The group has expanded enormously after the decline of the Obsidian Fist and have splintered into several families that rule in a hierarchical manner over the continent and some activity on the Silver Sea.
