High-ranked officer of the Fold, Hachi Borosu appears to be an intelligent half-elf though his appearance is often disguised. Cassius Ashglade, a known Fold recon officer, is known to report to Hachi directly. True motives are not known of Hachi Borosu, it appears his recent work is for the safety of the Basalt Dominion.
