Cassius Ashglade revealed that he was a part of the Fold, the elusive secret service of Brassdorf. Suddenly, a giant, menacing, whirling cloud of green mist and energy appeared above the castle of Abador. Worried, Jade Aewynn and Cassius split up to look for the Nobles of Abador. De party decided to accompany Jade through the market while Cassius went into Effigy Zone; a section of the city that was strangely filled with statues..
Along the way the party looked for survivors in the rubble, but luckily many had already been evacuated. However, a bit further away Aragir found a peculiar object under the debris of one of the fallen towers; The seemingly broken half of an orb that reminded him of a previous incident. Jade and the party progressed further and eventually entered the castle through an originally locked gate.
