With horses provided by Jade Aewynn - the captain of the Citywatch of Abador - the party makes their way towards the Daggerborne Ruins. There they were asked to investigate what purpose the strange cylinder-shaped object might have.

Arriving at the ruins they were surprised to meet a new friend: Delbellis, an Aarakocra monk. She tells the party that there would be a signal for her here. They unite and, after a confrontation with a group of goblins scouts, they continue their way into the tower. And with the new member of the party, Delbellis uses her wings to fly around the tower to look about. She manages to peek into the chambers here and there learning about some expectations, and groups back with the rest on the ground to move inwards by foot.

The hallway appeared to be blocked by an invisible wall. The strange cylinder-shaped object they received through Bolgar Largebuckle and again from Jade, appears to perfectly fit inside a small opening on the side - the hallway opens up. But not without new problems. An illusion threatens the party into fright at the end of the hallway, but to no avail.

The tower is very old, with chambers housing old bookcases and in turn books, broken furniture from a forgotten time. The party continues their way up and come across a room with a mirror and sertain glowing symbols on the table. After an investigation, it seemed the mirror was displaying an ideal reality of the real world. The symbols must therefore match that of the reflection and, when this was done, the chamber opened a door to pass through.

Onto the next floor our heroes come across a split way. The right most door appears locked by strong magic, while the other door appears to ajar... The party continues that way until they accidently trigger an alarm spell! Something is rumbling in the next room...
