A mysterious group traveling at night. They appear to worship Myrkul, god of Death, and believe death is a blessing waiting to be experienced. For this reason, the Skullmasters seem to seek those in need for this blessing and kill to provide it.
Hierarchy
Not much is known about the inner workings of this group, though members refer to themselves by a numbered rank of the Blood.
