Discovery

First discovered by Elrune Leonelis, a scientist on possession of a ship to cross the Misty Channel, the fate of them is currently unknown. Their logs that was recorded were released, inspiring others to see these glowing gems for themselves. A group of pirates known as the Fury Pirates, led by Gilrog Elsar, were known to have succeeded the travel needed and brought back a chest full of this, subsequently buried it under a beach in Hoarder's Appeal.
