One of the nine vestiges. It appears to alter its size to fit its wearer. On its head a skull with purple rays emanating from it is depicted. On its underside is an inscription with the name of the Talon Church, while on the inside it reads; "Ozma; Lord of Deception" in some kind of undercommon.
