Arcanum, called Volentis by ancient elves of Centra Moria, appears to be gems capable of containing enormous amount of magicks. It is believed they originate from the World Eater crater located in Istros Borealis, released or delivered by a catastrophic impact long time ago.

Discovery
First discovered by Elrune Leonelis, a scientist on possession of a ship to cross the Misty Channel, the fate of them is currently unknown. Their logs that was recorded were released, inspiring others to see these glowing gems for themselves. A group of pirates known as the Fury Pirates, led by Gilrog Elsar, were known to have succeeded the travel needed and brought back a chest full of this, subsequently buried it under a beach in Hoarder's Appeal.
