An educational institute meant for persons capable of using magic. Here, nearly all types of magicks are taught that do not conflict with the laws of nature or those of the [[:Category:Guilds|Guilds]] around the world. A regular course at the school consists of 3 years of theoretical classes and 1 year of practical. The Scarlet building is compromised of two wings separated by function. The A-wing is the classrooms and university hallways where students of magicks follow the academic path laid out for them. The B-wing is where post-academic and others study for their respective expertise.
